The Charlie signal flags stand for " affirmative or yes". Our Charlie nautical flags are made using tough, weather-proof nylon with built-in UV resistance for durability. This nautical flag is sewn with double-stitched seams and features a sewn, rope distance line and ash toggles. A bronze snap & ring comes standard on size 14 flags for added strength in place of the traditional rope & toggle.
