| Fly Your Favorite Oakland Raiders Colors
|
Housed in Oakland, California, the Raiders joined the National Football League (NFL) in 1960. They now play in the Western Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) and as of 2008, the Raiders have had thirteen players inducted into the Pro-Football Hall of Fame. Although the original Raider’s colors were black and gold, when Al Davis became head coach in 1963, the colors became silver and black. The logo is the head of a raider with an eye patch on a shield; behind are two swards. The Raiders played in Super Bowl II, XI, XV and XXXVII.
